  • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or amendments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No‑Shows: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without notice, we may release your table and retain any deposit paid.

  • Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate dietary, allergy, and accessibility requests but cannot guarantee availability or safety from cross‑contamination.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take food allergies and intolerances seriously, but we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely free from allergens.
It is your responsibility to inform our team of any allergies or intolerances when booking and on arrival.
We accept no liability for allergic reactions where adequate notice has not been given or where cross‑contamination may occur.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Redemption: Vouchers must be presented when dining and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

  • Non‑Refundable: All gift voucher purchases are final and non‑refundable.

6. Events & Private Hire

  • Deposit: We may require a deposit or full prepayment for event bookings or private hire.

  • Cancellations: Event deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Minimum Spend: Certain event bookings may be subject to a minimum spend requirement.

  • Damage & Conduct: You are responsible for the conduct of your guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice, although confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit card, or other approved payment methods.

  • For online transactions, payments are processed securely via third‑party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dining Reservations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Events & Private Hire

  • Deposits are generally non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Online Orders & Purchases

  • Refunds are provided in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, menus, branding, and design, is owned by Fiorenza or used under licence.

  • You may view, download, or print content for personal, non‑commercial use only.
